The Chris Reid bunt/Hal Hughes situation was just awful.

there have been a lot of questionable things this season.

this team has had 6 starting pitchers that were sidelined/injured for either part, or most of the season, 5 starting position players sidelined/injured for significant parts of the season and their best hitter batting 25 points below his career average for most of the season and two other position players who have improved their batting average by about 100 points in the last month or so

much of this was beyond Maneiri's control

Missing Omaha two years in a row with the talented team we have? I mean, we have to have some sort of expectations for this program.

Some fans are realistic. They follow the sport to enjoy the excitement of winning and accept the fact that there is stiff competition and things happen beyond the coaches control.
We play at a high level every year, but winning it all takes good talent and luck.
Look at Georgia.

It’s the Fire Les Miles syndrome

I see all the people hyped about winning a regional as having Les Miles syndrome! Celebrating a 9-10 win season and winning a bowl no one gives a dam about. Let’s keep the standard where they should be. I’m
Neutral on Paul M btw.

Thats the thing....I dont think PM has done one thing different

You are correct. He hasn't done anything differently. He is a good coach now that we're hitting and he was was a good coach when we weren't hitting. Some of you are too blind or too opinionated to realize that.

Some of you people would rather be right than be happy. PM is good coach, the program is in great shape, the team is in a Super.....be happy.

It doesn't mean the team will win every game, or every series....it's baseball, stuff happens. But for God's sake, stop bitching and be happy about what lays before us....
