Top 4 seeds are locked I think.
1. Florida (21-9)
2. LSU (21-9 or 20-10)
3. Kentucky (19-11)
4. Arkansas (18-11)
It gets muddy after that.

#12 is soon locked, Georgia loss would clinch Georgia being #12 seeded.

an Auburn loss would clinch Mississippi State #5 seed. the #6 would go to Vanderbilt should Vanderbilt beat Alabama. if Vanderbilt.
Auburn Loss, Vanderbilt win, would make it
5. MSU
6. Vanderbilt
7. A&M (by beating Auburn 2-1)
8. Auburn (by losing to A&M 2-1)

not at all. if LSU wins PM should claim the co championship because that's what it is. there is no tie breaker. remember, not everybody plays everybody; the highest win percentage takes it and a tie is a tie no matter the individual record IF the top two played each other. we get the same fricking trophy as florida does. we get another SEC champ trophy in our case.

I'm all in 100 behind LSU , however if it's not LSU I'm going to pull for USCe, and after them MsSt. Of course I want LSU in Omaha, NB. And I think if the Gamecocks can get their bats heated up and find the perfect rotation on the mound, they could go far. Many teams can sat the same but aside from LSU, USCe & MsSt can do it!

LSU had to play the #1, #3, #4, and #5 seeds all on the road this season. Meanwhile, Florida had LSU and UK at home, and didn't have to play MSU or Arkansas.
That's why you can claim the co-champs if you tie.

I think if LSU has a rain out they are the SEC champ no matter what UF does. I think it based on percentag. I May be wrong however I don't think so.

Tell me 20-9 is better than 21-9.

Vandy game ends in a tie. So Vandy is the 6 seed
Posted on 5/20/17 at 6:18 pm to LSUBaseballGod82
I think 15-13-1 is better than 16-14. I don't have calculator with me
Posted on 5/20/17 at 6:19 pm to LSUBaseballGod82
It is slightly better

Yep Vandy gets #6 for .534 winning percentage. A&m and Auburn get #7 and #8 for .533 winning percentage

How do we feel about our potential path to the Title in Hoover?
Posted on 5/20/17 at 8:34 pm to Geaux Team Geaux
I think it's gonna take beating UK twice and then UF in the title game. Gonna be tough, but considering how we're playing right now I'm not doubting we can do it.

I see UK flopping in this tourney away from their home park
