I've been a fan a very long time, but it doesn't matter...a true fan never boos his team.

I almost had a stroke in '94 when Howard threw 5 picks to lose to Auburn, but never booed.

That's just one example. I could name others...

I haven't bothered to read the other replies to your post so I'm probably about to repeat what most of them said. You are pretty much the biggest frigging dumbarse mother fricker on the face of the earth!

Relegate Jefferson to the bench...for good. And, clampdown on the player tweets. While you're the head coach. It's our team too. And will be long after you're gone.

Fascist. God forbid the players express their feelings, but because you are an LSU fan you have a higher right than the players to express concern.

Midway through the first half, when the O couldn't really get going and after JJ had only run one play early on, I commented to a friend, "Somehow, this is all JJ's fault." They thought I was joking, but I knew idiots would find a way to 'blame' a boring 35 point win on JJ.

Perhaps some of the booooooo's were directed at miles, and I don't totally disagree with your post

If it ain't broke..........

this...

While I wouldn't boo, I can definitely understand the fan frustration over this. I'm sure many have a bad feeling things are going to revert back to the way they were last year with Lee gaining some momentum and confidence and be yanked for JJ. Those situations had less to do with displeasure with the players, and more about the displeasure with the coaches and the calls.

Regardless of the circumstance, Lee deserves to be the QB, and has shown against top notch competition that he can weather the storm and lead us to wins. Why mess with that? To prove a point or to prove loyalty? There's a time and place for such. Honestly, I would love nothing more than for things work out and both players be highly successful, and maximize their contrasting skill sets and ride them to another NC. We'll have to see how it goes.
