PURE IGNORANCE! I go to "Tiger Stadium" to "support" and "watch" a good game. I can "support" LSU whether I am at my house or at "Tiger Stadium". If the game is "not good" I am entitled to decide whether I want to stay and "support" LSU at the stadium or at the pleasure of my house. Does not mean I am not a loyal fan. I can watch crappy games on my tv. Quite possibly the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

exactly. Dont try to put out our LSU fire with your "only thing in the world is family" bullcrap. I have a family too, I love them. I love them so much that I am not going to use them as the butt of my excuses.

Considering the fact that LSU has a reputation for coming back in the second half......
Watching the game, I had to think the same thing and commented to my family that I was amazed (and embarrassed) to see the empty seats during the second half of action. Danielson even commented on it. LSU was driving and within 15 yards of making it a 7 point game in the 4th qtr. I live a thousand miles away and would have loved to have had the chance to see one of those comebacks.

the agrgument is not if you CAN leave early its if you SHOULD leave early. so you are stating that you ARE a fair weather fan. IT DOES MEAN YOU ARE NOT A LOYAL FAN. they only play 8 home games a year for 4 quarters each and you can't fricking stay for the entire game. WATCH THE GAME ON TV THEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's face it. LSU football has become more about the tailgating and partying than the actual game.
Add in a few national championships and TS is basically a place to be seen.

These "fan police" folks need to get a life and stop worrying about what everyone else does with their time. The team laid and egg yesterday. Some people decided to leave. The sun has risen this morning and life will continue.

Yes, you can leave whenever you want. You are entitled to do whatever you want. We are not saying that you can't. We are just saying that you dont deserve to enjoy LSU wins. We are just saying that if LSU doesn't matter that much to you, then leave this board and stop trying to bash something that WE care about. We care about LSU football, and dont view the team as a wine tasting. Just consider yourself not an LSU fan.
