He's been susceptible to giving up hits, perhaps because he is around the plate too much, but you cant deny he has show the ability to miss bats at a high rate over all of his starts. There is a tweak there that needs to be tapped into, and that may have been done today.

Poche comes again. Starts a mess and then eventually gets dialed in and mows down for the next handful of innings.

This aged well

Eyanson pitched 7 innings allowing 2 hits, 2 walks, 2 earned runs, with 15 Ks. Of 97 pitches, 67 were strikes.
