Comcast customers outside of Louisiana (black-out restrictions) can see it for free.

Tried to set up an ATT email account but looks like it's being blocked. I have access to Rogers cable in Canada, but that isn't one of the cable providers that allow ESPN3.com.

A proxy server should work right? I hopefully will talk my brother in texas into setting up a proxy for me.
