Nothing will come out of any of this. Everyone needs to move on. If anything does come of it, Pandora’s box will open across the country bc Alleva ain’t the guy anymore. and that’s just not going to happen

If someone is busted cheating on taxes and exposed nationally, he has every right to worry about the IRS showing up.

Yes that’s how the IRS does it. It’s terrifying. They show up with guns drawn at your door after having shot yo dogs. Then, they demand a check on the spot. If you can’t provide the funds, they throw your arse in jail without due process.

They’re letting the marijuana offenders go free, paying athletes is now OK, so what the heck is the problem.

Which is part of the reason why a new disciplinary committee was formed. Was hoping the NC State or Arizona cases would have been dealt with by now to give a bit of insight into penalties that might be coming. LSU I believe is under level 1 infractions for both basketball and football so it might not be pretty. Plus you can’t appeal the decisions from IARP.

Have any leve 1 violations been leveled against basketball? I thought they sent the case directly to IARP because of the complexity. Anyone know for sure?
