Well be sure to let the protestors know your schedule. Maybe send a calendar invitation.
You’re fricking dumb.

How many political rallies or demonstrations has CK lead/been to? Funny I don't see his face around when these events occur. Just stupid TV commercials hawking over-priced products abd trying to sound really cool when doing it. What a joke. Nike is exploiting him and he's using them....the American way!!

There are plenty of veterans who feel as though Kap and Reid were well within their rights to protest. Many even believe that’s the exact right they fought to protect. If it inconveniences you, then they are serving their purpose exactly as intended. They aren’t meant to be scheduled for your convenience. Get over it. Or don’t. Either way, it’s their right.

Thank god these snowflakes wasn’t here when the colonists violently protested British oppression leading to this great country we have today.

Sweet melt.
At any rate, thank you for you’re service. My point is that empty gestures like standin up for 20 seconds to say an oath of allegiance to your government doesn’t make you a patriot. We can argue all day about the merits of his and Kaeps stances. But if you ask me, outside of volunteering for service in the armed forces, I think that identifying something you believe is wrong with the country and trying raise awareness about it to make your country better, knowing full well the consequences of those actions, is about one of the most patriotic things you can do. Blind allegiance and refusal to strive to be better as a county and a people is shite that is reserved for hell holes like North Korea.

That’s because protesting where you can’t see makes you happy. He doesn’t want to make you happy. He wants to inconvenience you to keep the conversation going.
And here we are.
And here we are.

So do I slick...but not at a football game. Let's see these millionaires put their money where their mouth is instead of just shooting it off.

I said I don't agree with it. Show me where I said it inconveniences me. Quit pull shite out of thin air.

Intolerance is nearly synonymous with ignorance
So congrats
So congrats

You quite literally said “not during a football game” that you’re trying to watch. Do you know the definition of the word “inconvenience”? Probably not?
if that's not what you meant, then what are you even saying? Why does it matter that it's before a football game? They didn't even kneel during the game. It was before. So what is your point?

Funny that you think you know how to protest better than a man who was able to strike a major blow to the NFL with only saying a few words while doing so.

Let me explain the basic principle of business to you and those who are just as ignorant as you, when you go into business with someone you exchange a service to another party for something tangible like let just use for an example money. Case in point Kaep is very marketable among a certain demographic. Nike knows that this said demographic purchases a majority of their shoes. Now I am an outsider looking in and I can see how both Nike and Kaep would go into business with one another. They didn't sign up to be friends they went into business with one another.

and you feel making this point at a football game...during the NA..is the appropriate platform? There aren't any other ways to make this kind of awareness known? Just got up one morning after he'd been playing for years and decided...today's the day.....police brutality has only been going on for a weeks so I'll make a stand now.
And what makes this extra rich is that its coming from a bi-racial guy raised by white parents who played at a college that was 7% black.

Sure.
Let’s be honest, you were going to get your panties in a twist no matter when and where the protests happened.

I’d love to hear how this is in any way relevant.

what does it matter? Honestly, you keep repeating "during a football game". For one, it's never been during the game, but before. Also, why does it matter that it's during/before a football game?

how does this make any sense in your mind? So white people can't have strong feelings about racial injustices against black people? Why? How does that make any sense? We wouldn't get anywhere as a society if everyone thought like you.
Non jews stood up for jews during the holocaust. I mean, who were they to have opinion about the treatment of jews. They're Christians!

This is what you said
You are implying that Kaep is being used unbeknownst to him.
ex·ploit
verb
gerund or present participle: exploiting
ik'sploit/Submit
use (a situation or person) in an unfair or selfish way.
"the company was exploiting a legal loophole"
benefit unfairly from the work of (someone), typically by overworking or underpaying them.
"making money does not always mean exploiting others"
synonyms: take advantage of, abuse, impose on, treat unfairly,
Don't try to play word games with me.

you're generalizing quite liberally here. Would have no problem with his protests at the capital or anywhere else.
MLK took to the streets in a non-violent may to promote his cause. I fully support that and respect it.

You serious? A millionaire, biracial athlete acting as if he's down on the streets actually experiencing the social injustice he's railing against. What a fraud.

Are you confused by this notion? So Nike isn't capitalizing on this opportunity that CK created to make more money?
Ever read about their sweatshops outside this country? Do you know what exploitation means?
