He was all over the place. So much better then battle imo

Eric Monroe is better than battle and was better than him

Monroe > Battle.
Go back and watch the AU game. We start 2 deep, and AU is throttling us. Aranda subs out Battle for Monroe to increase athleticism so he can move to predominantly single safety looks. The defense almost instantly became shutdown after they made that change.

Never has his mouth piece in.
He was caught out of place many times last year by a the way. That is why he doesn’t get as much playing time as you would expect.
I think he turns the corner this year though. Our D will be the best in years. D line will be best it’s been since maybe mid 2000s
