Pros from overseas do not fall within any of the prohibitions.

It’s mid-September. Imo, you would think that discussions have already been had with the SEC office and it’s a negative. Wade not bringing it up publicly by now tells you all you need to know.

Professional basketball players from europe are still amateurs didn’t you know that? There were over 90 playing last year alone, legally without going to court.
American ex pro players are excluded.
