Coach O's connections in the coaching profession over all the years hes been a coach, all of the stops hes made all over the country, that's starting to show what his biggest strength is. He may not have all the answers in his noggin but he always knows where to find the answer and who to call to get it.

Recruiting, vision, connections. It's all coming together.

I also get the sense that other coaches like O a lot.

He’s like the anti-Canada.

This staff’s been very stable.
