Absolutely great game. JD is a phenomenal athlete but that doesn't always translate into a good QB1! Let's see if this qb play is a pattern or just one game before we bestow the Heisman!

It amazes that me people are still criticizing him after that game Saturday. The main objectives of a pass are to throw it so the opponent can't get it and to give your guy a chance to get it. Nabers having to slow down to get the ball isn't an issue at all. It was a great play b/c State had no chance of getting an int and Nabers didn't have to struggle to catch it. You can't score a TD on every throw. JD did exactly what was needed which was to move the chains. JD is held to an unreasonable standard by many on this board. If you scrutinized Peyton Manning and Tom Brady as much as you do JD, you'd see it is literally impossible for the GOATs to see every open receiver and drop every pass on a dime. It's asinine to come in here and pretend to eat crow so you can point out a few things that could have made that performance better. Your post should have simply said. "I was wrong. I'm eating crow. The fricking end."
