Jay and staff have excelled despite the poor resource allocation...not because of it. Yours is a foolish stance given the success of this program IMO.

At a very minimum, some sort of formula should exist or be put into place to give sports with higher numbers equivalent resources. Its absurd to give the same share to a program with 13 or so players as one with 35 results not even taking into account the comparative success of these programs getting the same level of revenue share support.

Obviously I don’t mean that they excelled because of the lack of resources lol
