You can use them if you want, but understand the people you are talking to already know a huge majority of those games pit higher ranked sec teams against better opponents. But hey, you have to grasp on to whatever you can right?

Yeah congrats, you beat an uninspired, Les Miles offense. Jeremy Hill had 100+ in the first half and a 2 TD lead. LSU threw the fricking ball on 2&3 and short when they were picking up 5 ypc on the ground. If Hill totes the rock the 2nd half you lose by 30. Sorry pal

You miss the point. Clemson has a far less chance of losing than LSU due to quality of schedule. Clemson is super good but no one can argue that they are not often challenged or have to step on the field against equal athletes.

Is the SEC better than the ACC? Absolutely. Is it leaps and bounds better? Absolutely not.
OK. They had 4 weeks to prepare (both teams did obviously).
But, in a real season, they have a week to prepare for Florida. Then they have a week to prepare for Alabama the next week. Then a week to prepare for Georgia the next week. Then a week to prepare for Auburn the next week.

In 2016 Clemson beat Alabama (35-31) to win the national championship with Deshaun Watson. That same Alabama team came to the real death valley and struggled to beat a 5-2 LSU team (10-0) scoring a final touchdown late in the fourth quarter. It was a 3-0 game late. That is about the proof you need to let you know that not every SEC playoff team rests players in the 4th quarter of games. This year's LSU team is just stacked and the best offense ever in the SEC.
