Miles isn't the one saying how good Garrett is, it seems to be the so called inside posters on here or what people on here are saying.

Were those the same insiders saying lee was lighting it up in spring and fall reports.

probably so, but also there was word coming out that Lee wasn't looking so good There was mixed reviews on him even before his first game. With Garrett their are no mixed reports only positive news on him.

I'm sure garrett may be a stud, but who here thinks a first year qb with no experience will do better than an 8-4 or 7-5 record in the SEC. If JJ struggles(in which i doubt) in his 3rd year then put CG in. But until JJ has a JL type mental breakdown give the kid a chance.

no offense to you personally, but it seems that so many LSU fans suffer from severe neurosis when it comes to our team.

if you have "sinking feelings" about a hypothetical future POSSIBILITY, you could probably benefit from talking to a professional. especially if you have "sinking feelings" about other possible future events. chill out. the notion that miles will stick with JJ NO MATTER WHAT is really not rational. good luck with your mental health.

We could have Drew fricking Brees as a bakup and Miles wouldn't play him.....

we could have Drew fricking Brees as a starter and half the rant would hate his guts and be calling for a change and be calling miles a fool for playing Brees.

Chris Garrett will hopefully earn the starting job this spring

I dont think he will. JJ will start. Cant teach experience. Garret may have it, but we are looking at another similar season with a green qb. Stick with they guy that has not done anything wrong or made any huge mistakes to lose the game. Ole miss and uf were completely on the coaches not having the team prepared.

IF there is no change in the box, aka Crowton, it won't matter who is playing QB. Miles needs to let his balls drop and run the team as more of a Constitutional Monarch than democracy - I just don't know... the more he speaks the more I squirm...

with just a little better preparation and less injuries, LSU beats UF, bama and ole miss...

sadly, they weren't coached up better and the bad gameday decisions from the coaching staff is what hurt the team.

I have never seen a player that is avg as JJ get as much hype as he gets.

Obv having an allsec qb playing for us is a good thing. So I hope you are right, however as of today I just dont see it.
JJ wasnt any better vs ark than he was vs Wash.
Guy's best game by far was last yrs peach bowl.
Maybe he will work harder this spring/summer than he did last.

CG should get a legit shot at the job. That's not a flame on JJ, it's just the truth.

I don't understand why one can't agree with this

maybe we should just start lee?

we all know how well he did vs. La Tech when he had his time to shine against a WAC team

Do you honestly believe CG would overtake JJ for the starting job?

I know he SHOULD get a legit shot, but do you honestly think he will?

wow, i guess the coaches called and told you the truth personally.
uh, our ol and dl suck and the qbs and rbs suck.
please help us put this out to the world.
we don't want to coach up any of these young men.
we want the ranturds to put the teams down and make them look like shite so that we can get fired.

ain't that wierd how thinking works?
do you ranturds know how a coach leads? well, it would be everything positive and not as negative as tigerdroppins ranturds are.

oops, sorry,i forgot who the audience is.
carry on ranturds, put down and boo lsu b/c you thing constructive negative criticism is good for those young men. i mean, look how well you ranturds turned out.

oops, don't look in the mirror to see the problems w/ lsu football.

I have no idea, but I don't think JJ has done enough to warrant an uncontested #1 role at a school like LSU.

Garrett will get a legitimate shot to beat out JJ in spring, but it's just going to be very hard to beat out a junior JJ at QB that is going to have another year of experience under his belt. It is a good position to be in for the first time in a long time to have two legitimate SEC level QB's competing for the starting spot.
