I think he'll get drafted. Has good size and great speed. Wished he would've become more of a leader this year.

Yea, he is a playmaker but I have never seen a LESS physical wide out wearing P and G.....

Glad you ask "Does D Byrd even get drafted" and then answer your own question with " yeah I think he'll go in the second."
There's a big difference between second and not drafted fwiw imho.

No later than the second round!

6'2 195 at least, with at least 4.4 speed, probably a little better.....
Byrd is the type of guy who has the ability to put up a 4.31 or something really fast, but i would say somewhere b/w 4.35 and 4.4 depending on how good a day he's having...
He had two years in a row with similar production, I dont know the exact numbers, but I know it was about 35-40 catches or so each season, with about 5-6 td's and 500 yards or so. Those are not bad numbers at all. And obviously last year he had a freshman QB to work with...
However, he displayed a bad attitude at times in games this past season, and looked frusterated. He also did not snag many deep balls that were thrown his way. In his defense, he was our obvious deep guy this season, and teams expected it.
I have to give him credit though, for making several spectacular catch and runs this season (about 2 or 3 that really stood out).
I think 4th, if he puts up a 4.4. Maybe 2nd or 3rd with a solid 4.37 or so. However, if he puts up a ridiculous 40, like a 4.29 or something, he will be a Donte Stallworth all over again... Scouts drool over that speed. If he does something like that I think he goes in the 1st round based on potential. Scouts will consider his upside greatly if so, because he only played 2 seasons of major college ball...
However, if he runs a 4.5 I'll give him 5th or 6th round... He's not so polished like an Early Doucet, that he could run a slow time (considerably) and still be a second rounder... But I think Lafell is, he could run a 4.5 flat and still be a 2nd rounder. D. Byrd couldnt afford to run that, or he will drop.
