Me! I had to be convinced to agree to go to Houston...with friends, free ticket, free lodging.
I'd honestly rather watch the LSU/Wake Forest game.

So watch basketball. I don't get fans like you and the op. You had to be convinced? GFY.

I'm feeling that way too. Lost interest in LSU football as a result of this past season. Not interested in any football now...decided that women's beach volleyball was my new favorite sport. Don't care who wins but the unis are great. LSU football will have to really light up the scoreboard to gain my interest back in 2016.

The LSU Athletic Administration is hoping we don't.

Anchors away.....silence the masses.

61 years old. Been an LSU football fan since I was five, and never missed a game on TV or person since. But I'm tired. If Miles can't turn around the offense, after given a clear referendum to do so, how do we keep him. It's clear: Get the offense straightened out or find someplace else.

62 years old. Been an LSU football fan since Billy Cannon's days. But I too am very, very tired of the state of the program. Miles continues to run this 1960's - 1970's style of offense, we cannot recruit good QB's and we cannot develop the ones we do recruit. The lack of discipline (penalties), the lack of execution, the lack of effort(where is your pride, your competitive nature), it's just more than one can take.

Losing to Bama, I can live with that, they have been clearly the best team we play every year the past 5 or 6 years, with the best talent and coached by the best coach in the country. But losing like we did to Arkansas and Ole Miss is just unacceptable.

For the salaries we are paying these coaches, we the fans deserve better and the players certainly deserve better.

I still care about football cause it's my favorite sport. However any football fan goes through a letdown when the season is almost over. I am more of a college fan than a nfl fan, but the nfl does get more interesting to me about this time because of the playoff situation. As far as the lsu side. I am a huge fan but don't let it effect me as much as others. It was a disappointing ending to the regular season. But I will watch the bowl game. I just find other things to do with my time that takes place of football. You will get used to it as you get older. But get into the holiday season and enjoy everything good you have in your life.

The reason is said watch basketball is that they are so bad you would forget about the last football season.
