This talk about Hess needing to move back to the bullpen is ridiculous.

For the record I never said hess needs to be a reliever.
I was Just defending another's post. And now its all misconstrued.

I like Hess right where he is, and needs to stay for another year as a starter.

Don't make a habit of defending rantards. Its a bad look.

Don't need you to defend the insuferable a-hole crowd, like myself either. I do well enough going solo.

Rantards are still hanging on to the one start against ND. A lot of them went so hard on CPM being a idiot and Hess not being capable of being a starter that there is no going back.

Bringing rational numbers into it will not help. They went all in and backed themselves into a corner after just one start.

Yep, you remove Hess' first start where he gave up 8 runs in 2.1 IP, then his numbers look like just what you'd want out of a Friday night starter.

But in order for that to happen you need 3 starters better than Hess. Thats not likely to happen.

Nope. Unless we have several freshman pitchers ready to put up Alex Lange numbers in year one, Hess would only fall behind possibly Walker in the pecking order.
