THIS IS A FACT, count. MILES has coaches 4/5 of the top LSU offenses ever. Also, it's common knowledge , among people who know football, THAT ANY PLAY CAN BE SUCCESSFUL. DWI BOY.

Well why don't you line up for OC bro? Clearly you should be on staff show the players to execute. Where was the expertise on 1/9? What about against Florida? What about against Arkansas? Your 4 out 5 top offenses has only created one title. Defense carries this team, not your 4/5 top offense dipshit.

I am pretty sure he isn't the one talking about how bad the professionals are at their job. Where were you on 1/9?

Not surprising. Football has changed dramatically in the past 20 years. I am betting one of those was in the past 5 years though.

I do agree that we are predictable. I can usually tell the play we are running by our formation and if I can , def co can.

Absolutely, and this is why I bring up the point of mixing in creative plays at the right times to complement our strength on offense, which is the running game. Anything wrong with that?

No matter what you say about missed opportunities that is on the defense.

You mean those "missed opportunities" that Miles called? The 4 completely unnecessary trick plays? The defense did finally give at the end. AFTER STOPPING Bama for five 3 and outs and the offense putting up NOTHING!

The offense and defense actually delivered in the Bama game, but Miles failed them. Mett was eating their lunch in the 2nd half. Miles was a big brave guy in the first half with stupid trick plays but where were his balls on the 4th and 1 at the end?

You Miles ball washers are something.

LSU's Scheme isn't why we lost to Bama. The fact that our Defense can't hold with 2 minutes left is.if you are up 17-14 with 1:59 left then it is on your defense. Plain and simple. If our Defense held our "simple easy to defend" offense would have gotten us to the championship.

Holy shite are you dumb. You mean the same fricking defense that held Bama to 14 points until they finally gave with a minute? The same LSU D that sent Bama to five 3 and outs in a row?

The LSU offense didn't do it's job enough, but WAY more than that was LESS Miles. Instead of the fake FG and running Ware in one of the dumbest fricking 4th and 1's I have ever seen, maybe they kick and make those 2 FG's, LSU is up by 9 points. Wow, what a thought!

Or even if Alleman missed one of them or both of them, LSU is up by 3 with under 2 minutes(same position). Yet now Miles wants to play safe like a big pussy and not go for it? Mett was finally breaking out (more on that later) and Miles doesn't trust him and the team and loses LSU the game.

Your boy Miles cost LSU the NC last year and he damn sure cost LSU a shot at Not Dam this year.

Yay for Miles!

*You nad hangers ever wonder why Miles didn't play Mett but 1 game ALL of last year? You think it might have helped?

No it's posters like you. Sorry. You dumbass posters don't know shite about how football works. Yeah LSU should line up and throw more.we should line up in 3-4 wr sets, leaving our qb with no pass protection help.
All the while throwing to receivers that have had trouble catching the ball. You ignorant fricks want to go AGAINST THE STRENGTH of the team. While I want a better offense, most of our problems can be fixed by just executing the plays we run.
So call me an idiot because I want to play to our strength , which is the running game. Yeah let's not run the ball with our plethora of good backs and throw the ball to our under 6' wrs that barely get any separation.

He can't help it. I'm convince that if LSU put up 500 yards of offense every game , but lost 3-4 games a year, he'd be cool with that.

You ignorant , entitled frick. Yeah ,we didn't win the SEC last year. Get a grip on reality boy. You don't deserve to cheer for a top 5 program. Period.

How did that work out in Jan? 21-0
How did that work out in Nov? 21-17

I am all about the LSU run game, but I also have enough common sense to know that you need to pass the ball effectively or other teams won't respect it and stack the box. When the D shuts Bama down for 3 3/4 quarters like they did in Nov, the offense has to put up some points. The problem is the coaching and not putting them in a position to with some weak arse predictable playcalling.

I mean if you don't see that Miles completely handed that game to Bama in Nov, you're blind or just a clueless homer.

Rick, do you remember what it took for that stout LSU team to make it in 2007? A frickING miracle. That team was seconds away from 4 losses. Do you remember Miles starting "Purple Drank" over Flynn in 2006? The 06 team was better than 07.

Miles is a good guy but not a great coach.

Everyone falls back on that 07 title and forgets that LSU was lucky to get in because of injuries to Dennis Dixon and Pat White and a huge upset from Pit.

LSU got fricked last year by the sham known as the BcS, but that's no excuse for Miles to come in so arrogant to think he can run the same gameplan as he did earlier in the year. Arrogant to not even try Lee once you could see George Jefferson wasn't doing anything. Speaking of JJ, your boy Miles had him for 4 years! The guy can't develop QB's.

You ever question the fact that George Jefferson was the starter for 4 fricking years? Or that Randle left because of Miles.

Now this year, they have a shot and again Miles fricks it up. You think these awesome talented teams will always be there? You have to win when you have them and Miles has failed for 3 years in a row with elite teams.

Offensive playmakers go to die under LESS Miles.

There were also seconds away from a perfect season, but you are a glass half full kind of guy.

Bama was lucky that Kansas St, and ORegon lost.

Only undefeated make their own luck. All other teams are at the mercy of fate. Bama last year was 100000x luckier than LSU in 07. In 07 we won our division and our conference. Bama only looked good against us.

And Les isn't coasting off a 2007 title. He has won a ton of games. BEsides Saban who isn't coming here there are few more successful coaches in College football.

You think Miles fricked up this year? This right here proves you're biased. We lost 8 starters from the spring game AND WE STILL WON 10 games.
You Bama would win ten games if they lost :
Cyrus, Barret jones , Fluker, lacy, dee milliner, CJ Mosely and Nico. We lost a damn near a whole side of the ball. And before you say it, yes all teams have injuries , but no where near as many as LSU this year.
If you don't think miles is a top 10 coach, you're dumb. Period.
No coach wins on talent alone. Look at what Texas is doing, auburn has recruited better than us the past few years and they are a dumpster fire. UF had two horrible seasons, before this year. Miles ha a chance to win 11 games 6/8 his 8 years and you don't think he is a great coach. Our fan base is becoming exactly what we hated about Bama. ENTITLED

Really? We put up the third most points against Bama all year.
