Do LSU hitters have any comprehension of the concept of protecting the plate

with two strikes and especially with runner on 3rd base. How can you just watch a 3rd strike be called without even attempting to foul it off or maybe even put the ball in play, that just might score that runner from 3rd. One thing you cannot do is watch a 3rd strike in that situation and LSU has done it twice in this game already. Pitiful coaching to be honest.

Dardar needed to swing at that pitch for sure. No clue what he was looking for.

Their approach at the plate is awful, especially with RISP.
