To me the Steele hire has been CLM worst move as head coach here and is probably going to cost him his job. The last decade we have had well above average defense excluding 2013. This year the D is soft and is often out of position. These are the same guys that finished atop the SEC last year in defense

We played teams that were more capable of putting up points and attacking our defense which, in hindsight, has several holes.
