Don't think so

Wright, Boone and Shepard had to get some reps though

I was wondering about that as well when I saw the stat line of 2 c for 82 yards. I thought he had more catches than that.

OB Jr. is a better receiver than RS.

ODB doesn't drop that TD pass, that's for sure.

RR is still not used to having the ball hit him in the hands. ODB has the good fortune of being a freshman.

Yeah , that concept has to be pretty foreign to him.

ODB was holding what looked like his hand late in the 4th quarter about two plays before Blue's score. Hopefully it's nothing.

It's warranted because it's true.

FACT! I was disappointed with RS's effort on those 3 low throws. I would have much rather had OBJr be the target.

Not bashing RS, I just think he might have needed another week or more to get "timing" down.

Am I the only one that thought RS put no effort into those plays? Didn't even slow down for the low passes. Didn't dive. And even looked like he alligator armed each time. Maybe those are not the routes he needs to be running. Maybe he needs to stick to the screens. Seems like he might "hear defenders footsteps" too much.

I'm all for giving him a pass though due to his circumstances. But my wife and I were both like WTF on those plays.

Am I being hypercritical?

I saw him go the locker room with a trainer. He came running back out on his own in a few minutes.

Don't get down on RR2. He makes that catch 99 times out of 100.

RR2 may be the best WR in college football, he is just now getting use to having a QB that can get him the ball.

The balls to Shep were terrible, even the one he caught. Lee and RS were'nt on the same page. Shep doesn't know how to adjust to balls that are just badly thrown. He wants to catch everything in stride, and take it to the house. He has to think possession, instaed of homerun. JMHO.

yea, RS is a big disappointment to me (as a player). he really doesn't seem to have good soft hands and he doesn't go for the ball. maybe he doesn't see where it is; it must hit him shoulders or higher.
