Maybe he lives in an OFF CAMPUS apartment where gun rights cannot be infringed.....the same as in a vehicle ON CAMPUS. Just food for thought

(1) He doesn't live off campus.
(2) Maybe the guns were not his or were illegally modified or tied to the murder that all of this is involved with.
