Wgaf? How many other players were paid at lsu? How many other players are paid at bama, ole miss, moo state, auburn, tenn, fla, Kentucky, Ohio state, clemson, oregon, oklahoma, michigan etc? Hundreds of players. Everybody paid for play. Now thats that! Les/verge w were good coaches/admins and had great seasons. Even the General, yes the general. Those parts hust like any other d1 major school "paid" players. Even thebnost revered players at lsu got taken care of just like at other top 20 schools.

We as fans like to say he was a bumbling fool, but he averaged 10 wins a year for his time here, won a BCS title and played for another. He *did* have the best winning percentage at the school, for anyone that coached any length of time, and we had a bunch of other Top 10 finishes in the decade+ he coached here. He *was* 114-34 at LSU, on the field. You say that generically about a major program, and yes, that's a HOF resume. There are plenty of guys in the Hall with worse numbers, a lower winning percentage, and less accomplishments.
