I'm quite certain you posted this several thousand times when JJ's fans were covering the entire first page of The Rant with "Return of the King" threads while JL was quietly leading us through an undefeated September like you have since JL got benched. I am thrilled we won our scrimmage on Saturday so convincingly, and I am certain that JL will respond with class and his best effort if needed, as he has always done after LM crapped on him. I am astounded that you and your ilk admonish posters with a differing view to put team before individual when many saying that couldn't manage to pull off that feat earlier in the season. Hypocrisy. I keep asking you to look it up.

Well said. This could be a great sig quote.

seems like you are so miserable about the team and coaches

now does it? Last night was enjoyable, and I am not in here with screen shots showing JJ holding the ball too long, or dissecting his "elongated windup" (term coined by others). I am relishing in the game and wishing I didn't have to give up my tickets for a historical game Friday, again, knowing who the QB is going to be. I am really enjoying the season, last season, I really didn't, 11-2 record or not. Several of those wins were miserable, even though they were wins.

Don't take everything so personal

When you are called a racist everytime you criticize a QB playing poorly because apparently there was no better defense for his play, is that personal? Again, you are admonishing the wrong person.

and the kid has done his hard time graciously and for an incident that still reeks with great suspicion, he quitely went about doing the suspension and when he came back helped the team from the sidelones with no complaining. Now that he is starting again people wanna rail against the kid like he is Perriloux or somebody, so if it isn't race then what the hell is it?

But how does he deserved to start over a Kid that has done nothing but win and has been almost mistake free. A couple bad plays against Alabama and he get yanked out for the whole game, JJ plays the rest of the game doing option plays and nothing else, he didn't throw td and he didn't rushed for a td. He was mostly stopped on every run he attempted. LSU basically won the game on special team plays and defense.. So in other words Jefferson done about as much as Lee done. So again how does this justify taking the starting Job from Lee.

so the assault that Jefferson and other players involved committed resulting in one receiving a fractured maxilla and broken jaw was just "exaggerated" in your opinion?

just a misdomeanor. brush it off

/sarcasm

for some reason, Jefferson's actions became perfectly acceptable to many on this board once the charges were reduced to a misdomeanor. This is after he was quoted as saying he wasn't at Shady's, and that he had too much to lose going into his senior season to be in barfights.

and deep down inside, you know he did too.
deep inside I know nothing, I know a camera has pictures showing two differently dress guys, it's hard to bellieve Jefferson would just change his clothes to whip someones arse. The main thing though that you all overlook is that this is the first known incident that this kkid has supposedly been involved in, never in trouble before, a high character kid, comes from two good, church going parents, but people treat this kid after this as if he was a thug, a-hole like some other players, and I do not get that.

I have said repeatedly that we need to let the legal system take care of Shadygate, and that is still my belief. That said, a story that he said

quote:

I'm superman around this town motherf*****"

is fairly consistent with how most of his interviews sound.

you're exactly correct and its nice to see the "other half" of the fan base who agrees with the truth.

the fact of the matter is that if there had been a camera zoomed in on Miles's face when Lee screwed up against Bama then you probably would have seen him smiling from ear to ear. From the moment Jefferson got reinstated, Miles has been licking his chops and looking for any excuse whatsoever to kick Jarett Lee to the curb. the problem for Miles though is that Lee was playing his heart out and better than Jefferson has ever played so it took much longer than he expected for Lee to finally make a mistake.

I think you need to quit posting about the QB situation. You're evidently way to emotionally involved to speak rationally.

he did a lil more than that, you must have been watching a different game, he completed some passes on drives that stalled in Bama territory that they got FG's out of. More importantly he didn't turn the ball over, I like Lee, but if he would have continued we would have lost.

and yet another good example of the ignorant mindset that some have around here. just sweep it under the rug because it involved football players.

WOW reading comprehension fail much? Nobody said anything about sweeping anything under the rug. I was saying you are a Drama queen.

JJ paid as much of a penalty, if not more, than anyone else would have. How is that sweeping anything?

Mrs. Lee... you are embarrassing yourself. Please stop for your sake.

Still hiding and not answering the questions?
Real brave of you.
You hinted and then reinforced the hint that the reason Jefferson is starting was that there is a homosexual relationship between him and Miles and you don't feel that you have to justify that?
Justify that comment is all I ask.
What made you write that?
Do you believe it?
What proofs do you have that it is true?
If you have none then why did you write it?
What did you expect to gain from that slander?

Mad? More like disgusted that a person that is masquerading as an LSU fan should make such an unwaranted suggestion.

You are really one sick puppy.
