I wouldn't say he "ran down Lamar Jackson like it was nothing." It's not like Jackson was scrambling and White just ran him down in the open field.

I'm pretty sure that was the wrong gif; there WAS a play where Jackson was rolling to the left, and D.White came from the opposite side and ran him down
