I saw the guy on campus today and he seriously looked depressed. Gotta feel for the guy.

Tell him we're behind him ...

He might appreciate a kind word. Yes, seriously ... these are kids ... he's playing where he's told ... doing what he's told.

I honestly was this close to going up and telling him to keep his head up. He was holding his bookbag, walking with his head down looking like he was close to tears.

Maybe he just made an F or something on a test, but the dude looked sad.

You should have man. I bet it would have cheered him up some. I mean we don't like him in the NB spot. I'm sure he's a great guy and will be a very good S.

The play was blown by the other Safety so he had no help over the top.

D does not suck. We were out played.

He is a nice guy. Met him out one night and he was a very friendly guy. Like I've said numerous times, it's not his fault he's put in a bad position. He got all this shite for ONE play, which was a poor decision on the coaches, a pushoff by Harvin, and no help by Curtis.

Find this stat, how many yards and points do the guys that McCray Defends have? How many times has he been burned?? Seriously, the guy is not what they coaches are making him to be. I think he is one helluva football player, just not where the coaches are playing him. How many times and years do we have to watch the #44 jersey get burnt? The freakin announcers said it and they dont' watch every LSU game. He should not be in the game unless one of the safeties goes down.

No, the point is, when you have Chad Jones or you have Patrick Peterson, you put them in the game because they are faster and have better cover skills.

I haven't seen any indication that Chad Jones has better cover skills than anyone. I'm not saying he doesn't...I just haven't seen it. I have in fact seen him way out of position on numerous occasions.

Sorry, he has played pretty bad for a couple of years now. It's not his fault, but the coaches just won't give up. He had a decent freshman year, but last year he got burnt alot. I feel bad for him, he is not a cover guy, but is being depicted as one by the coaches.

I'm talking about the shite he got this weekend. Yeah, he's not very good covering guys like Percy in the slot. Chad or Patrick or Phelon or someone obviously needs to step up in practice if they think they can do a better job.

Do you run into him regularly? If so, next time, seriously ... say something ... you never know what a kind word can do ... if not for you, do it for me ... I'm a mom and would feel so horrible FOR my child if he was in the position. Flame me or whatever ... kid is doing the best he can ... it's the coaches job to put the right person in the right position.
