I honestly don't have a clue to who you guys are talking about. Who or what is dari CFD?
Dari Nowkah (sp?) host of College Football Daily on ESPN.
Him and Lugenbill are fricking awful. Hate that show.

For all of you saying it doesn't matter, do you not pay attention to the national conversation about college football?
If not, that's interesting. Do you just watch the game and then read no articles or tune in to any national programming that may discuss the games.
Part of the fun of college football is the ebb and flow of the national conversation. It is tailored to the fans. It fuels the energy and passion around programs by either causing a fanbase to feel disrespected or vindicated.
It doesn't mean shite in terms of reality, but it's fodder for discussion and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Its what makes college football such a passionate and unique sport. I'm all for a playoff but I don't doubt that we'll lose something along the way.

Oh I never said it doesn't matter. It absolutely does. Talking heads like that douchebag are the reason many people that know nothing about LSU think Miles is some kind of clown, because all they here is those idiots talking about things they don't know much about either.
So sure, it's great that we're getting praise nationally.
But no one should think Nowkah or whatever is some great analyst. He's merely parroting whatever he heard someone else say because I would bet serious money he didn't even watch our game.
Usually, he's getting his info from Lugenbill who is as big a Bama slobberer as Finebaum and they constantly make fun of Miles. In fact, he probably said it because Finebaum praised us now that I think about it.
The guy sucks. That was my only point, not that his message isn't relevant.

Even though they haven't played I think Stanford is a top 3 or 4 team on paper this year.
That front 7 of theirs is going to be unbelievable.

Yep and the debate is part of the appeal.
I know I really enjoy gettin fired up and defending my Tigers.
It's the fan's way way of feeling more connected and a part of the program.

The 4 team playoff can work.
But if they ever go to more than that the sport will suffer horribly imo.

Frick Dari. He picked us to lose. Little shite is always hating on LSU.
Posted on 9/2/13 at 1:24 pm to bulldog95
All this does is tell me that LSU is getting a lot of attention behind the scenes with the media. Dari consistently picks against LSU or undervalues them. He must be impressed with what he's been hearing from other analysis about LSU
Eta: Dude just said he was impressed with Oklahoma's defense because they shut out ULM. Lost all credability

I hate that guy. I see him as a less emotional Skip Bayless.
