It took a act of Congress to get my dad ( lives 5 hours away) to go to a basketball game this year. If they play in the cow palace his quote “ saw Maravich there and would come if it was 3 am on a Tuesday” lol all we ask is one game!

Honestly, that's how they should do it. When ESPN runs their 24 hr marathon to start college basketball, have LSU host a game in the cow palace after midnight. The demand would be there to fill it up at that time but also you don't piss off the season ticket holders who likely couldn't be accommodated with a game moved there.
Can you imagine a tip off after midnight in a full cow palace following a full evening of tailgating? Sign me the frick up.
