Cops changed postgame traffic route Gourrier/River Rd. last night without telling anybody

Traffic exiting Gourrier to River Rd. is supposed to turn left and go south. For some unknown reason last night they decided to block left turns and force everyone to turn right and head toward downtown.
It seemed like every car was slowing down asking the deputy why they can’t turn left. All he would say is “just go” and waive you right, while the overweight female deputy just giggled.
Any idea who to contact at LSU about this? Bad postgame traffic is apart of LSU football, but doing the complete opposite of what the published traffic map says is just absurd and will lead to big issues when the whole crowd stays til the end.

They randomly change most all advertised exit routes in some way all the time.
It's maddening, but who to contact? Who knows. Idk if anyone knows who is actually in charge, which is probably part of the problem.
