Connection flight - Orlando

My flight to Orlando connects in ATL. The itinerary states it is a 1H 35M flight and will land at 2:15. The connecting flight takes off at 2:50, and I know they probably close the doors ten minutes before, and God help me if the connection is in a different terminal.
I thought the flight to ATL only took about 1H 15M. The additional 20 minutes may save me.
I will be hauling a$$ the second those doors open.
Do you think I will make it? They changed my flight schedule three times and the new times are cutting it close.

Unless your first flight is late, you will be fine. The airlines will only close the door early if they are confident no other passengers will be boarding

You’re flying eastward and there’s a 30 min built in buffer. Even if you go T to F, you’ll be fine.

They wouldn’t book it that way if you would miss it. Also the connection alway knows who still haven’t boarded from other flights. Unless your first leg is delayed by an hour you are ok. Plus going west to east you always make up time

You’ll get there 15+ mins earlier than scheduled most likely. You’ll be fine
