LSU is run the same way the state of Louisiana is run...
I get it would be harder to scale in Tiger Stadium, but they could kill at the Box with local food vendors and breweries. But, it's easier to just keep selling bud light and chicken fingers because people buy it.

they have local vendors scattered throughout tiger stadium as alternatives to the concession stands. It would be even easier to do at a baseball game
