Good video that gives some insight into how he approaches the most important part of building and maintaining a program:

Simmer down. Coach O is a joke. Worst coach in the SEC West. Only recruits 3 stars. Is nothing but a mascot. Am I doing it right?

In all honesty, CEO is a great recruiter, a great motivator and did a great job at losing to Troy and miraculously turning this team around.

Excellent, I'm glad nobody is watching his 2014 address to the Little Rock Touchdown club.

Sorry, bossman. All losses fall on the head coach. But, he turned the team around.

What's he doing differently now than at Ole Miss?

My dog could go 9-3 at LSU as HC with the kind of resources and staff O has in place. Quit deluding yourself like he has any positive impact. Next year reality will slap you in the face.

Yeah, that's what I'm wondering. Was it O's fault so many key players on both offense and defense couldn't play in that game? Was it O's fault that Arden Key was a mere shell of his former self at that time? Was it O's fault that Frank Herron was unable to play? Was it O's fault that Mile's left him high and dry without enough depth on both the offensive and defensive lines? Not to mention, that it turned out too that Troy had a very strong team. Indeed, look at their 10 & 2 record. Man...there are some obsessive coach O haters on this site and when you look at the Troy 10 & 2 record, the loss isn't nearly as bad as they claim it is.

I guess Miss St. and 'Cuse were just a fluke then.

We beat cuse so stick that one up your backside sideways you loon.

Nonetheless, we also had several key players missing in that Moo State game who couldn't play. Others also played, but not at full strength. Arden Key's first game back and he played like he was a fat arse and soft. Then Alexander got hurt early in that game and had to leave and then we had two more defensive lineman tossed out of the game on piss poor calls. Indeed, we were lucky we didn't lose that game by 50 points. Nonetheless, if you want to blame O for that fiasco, go ahead I understand that you are obsessed with hating coach O. However, your misery at O being the head coach brings me great joy and pleasure.

utter bullshite

when miles was fired he left an oline that had the most olinemen make an all sec team and a rimington award finalist and the dline was littered with 4 star players that had been under O for years.

ot to mention, that it turned out too that Troy had a very strong team

ITS THE 1ST HOME OOC LOSS IN 16 YEARS.
ITS THE 1ST LOSS TO A MID MAJOR IN 16 YEARS.

there are highschool sophomores that had never seen lsu loses to a mid major.
there are highschool sophomores that had never seen lsu lose at home in ooc games.

and im not even mentioning the worst loss in lsu msu history before that troy loss

has ed orgeron ever done something that you dont agree with?

youve literally argued that his tenure at ole miss wasnt that bad and he was unjustly fired.

its just laughable that you constantly shite on LSU's most accomplished coach ever and defend a lsu coach that in 33 years hasnt proven he can run a successful side of the ball or run a successful program.

If Rickdaddy isn’t one of Miles’ kids or Les himself I’d be floored. The fact that you think Les left the OL and DL is good shape is proof that you can’t turn off your admiration for Les. He neglected both positions his last 3 years at LSU.

im stating facts.

dont blame miles for transfers whent he was gone.
when he was fired we had 3 all sec olinemen.

we he was fired we had a dline littered with 4 star athletes that had been coached by O for years.

im sorry facts shite on your opinions

you have no clue what you're talking about.

do i need to list all the dlinemen and olinemen that were here when miles was fired?

im not saying he left the lines in elite status but it was damn sure enough to beat miss st and troy.

maybe next time youll bring facts to the discussion.
