Close game between two good teams

the difference in the game was close. So close that it really came down to one play in the game and a non call by the officials.
On the punt return, it is clear as day that Ky #5 put both hands on LSU#97 who was about to make the tackle ....a clear as day block in the back .
Without that, I believe LSU wins the game.
I don't like to blame officials for any w or l, but that was a blatant non call. If you don't believe me, go watch the replay like I just did to confirm what I saw last night.
Anyway, LSU has lost 6 consecutive away game. Ky is as good or better than LSU. KY had much better coaching in the game on both sides of the ball. LSU missed Weeks/Spears a lot.
Our DE's might as well not dressed out.
In other words words our defense played exactly like it did against OM
The d play call on the 2pt conversion was baffling to say the least. KY could have driven a truck into the ez. Have you ever seen a hole as big as that on a two yard line play. I am sure I haven't.
Lots of question marks following this game in every area of the team.
44 finally got a pass thrown to him that was catchable, and guess what, he caught it. LSU needs to run more plays like that. We quite obviously cannot dominate the offensive LOS. Two many holes in our OL.
Leavitt played well imho.

Kentucky is very average and will lose at least 4 more games.

I’m tired of having dog fights against mid teams, bc it means LSU is mid. Bama beat KY 45-17. When do we get to be like that?

One coach went for a touchdown before half instead of going for a chip shot field goal and then went for two instead of the tie at the end. Our coach wouldn't go for 4 and 1 at midfield for the win.

Good post overall but not sure the DEs can be blamed much when they are getting bear hugged every play.
fricking announcers talking up Deuce but never once mentioned why he was a non factor lol.
Those two SEC plants were awful

It’s true. I actually think he’s a good coach but only at a school like UK.
He will get eaten alive by any program with expectations.
