Also you stating in "punt" returns yet clearly me and Rocket were discussing kick-off returns and then you brought that up. So either now you are back tracking after the fact or you just saw something and wanted to jump in and add 2 cents when it had no relevance.
peterson has had a punt return in a game before.

im sorry you misunderstood me, and im also sorry you hear things all day,,, however your prob is that you imply that everyone that dont see things as you, is that way.
FWIW, I bet your coworkers wanna kick your arse.

no, I think peterson, from what i've seen of him, could be a solid punt returner.
I would never have Patrick Peterson return punts--he might be the best CB in the SEC. He's too valuable to risk to injury. But that's just my opinion.

I've witnessed this first hand all my life. Pure insanity claiming to hate someone for the color of their skin one day and then cheering for them and begging for their autograph the next.

Yeah I know he already has.
But heck, we've got potential punt returners in Claiborne, Calhoun, and Holliday.
With several options other than Peterson, I just don't think the risk is worth the reward.

T-Bob has a 13 yard average returning kicks
I think maybe he should go and try out for punt returns also

As for LSUBCS JJ threw a bomb for a td in the second half that was called back because of holding. Moreover when you have a huge lead at half its easy to lose consentration.
However he did drive the team down the feild at the begining of the second half for a score.
When did lee have one good half just one? Lee struggled against tulane!
JJ did not evan have a spring practice MVP CHICK
bowl.
BT will weep when JJ shines!
JJ is our starter Rs will back him up!

Are you 12?

you're one to talk about correcting grammar.

FWIW, I sent dandy don an email back several months ago about this qb situation.
Basically talking same spill that we do here... he said and I quote,,, all are legitamate points you make, I just like like JJ better.
And it couldnt be anymore obvious than how he puts it on his page.
Honestly, I dont think he ever even mentions JL's name.
As Ive said before, there is nothing wrong with having a favorite, but he's right there with some of you guys that blow JJ so hard.
I supopse the point is that you would think that someone that hosts a page about LSU football that 1000's of LSU fans read... would be just a tad more balanced...make no mistake about DD has bought in on the JJ wagon, hook line and sinker.
Some of you dont have to post anymore if things dont turn out the way you have invisioned,,,, curious to see how ole DD acts about it if doesnt.

funny thing about this is, sometimes I leave this board thinking to myself, I just spent 3 hrs of my life arguing with someone thats not even old enough to drive.

But see--here's where we disagree.
In regards to DD, I think he is balanced.
He has mentioned JL's name and commended him for staying at LSU when he could've tucked his tail and transferred to a D2 school. As have I.
It's just that nobody wants to see another year of interceptions being returned for touchdowns.
Now I'm not saying that definitely will be the case if Lee sees meaningful playing time, but from what we saw of Jefferson, we do know that he takes care of the football and that he makes intelligent decisions.
The overall consensus is that JJ gives the Tigers the best chance to win games.
If the situation had been reversed, and JJ had struggled so mightily, then I would rather have seen JL start at QB coming into this season.
Why is that not balanced?
