"What about 2003 USC team?? All that talent with Leinart -QB/ Bush, Lendale White, C Washington -RB's/ Mike Williams, Steve Smith, Keary Colbert -WR's/ Sam Bakker, Ryan Kalil -OL/ Sedrick Ellis -DL/ Lofa Tatupa -LB/"
None of these players had a great NFL career. Reggie had a good one. So did Steve Smith with NYG. Leinart - ...well, he can ballroom dance; Lendale White - BUST; Mike Wiliams BUST; Sedrick Ellis - average career at best; Ryan Kalil - routinely abused by Cam Jordan. Time will tell for our Tigers.

Now do the 79 USC team. It's stunning the amount of NFL talent on that team.

Others , I'm probably leaving out, but just a shite load of talent drafted from that team here and there down the road.

I didn't, and CAN'T, say that about the '79 USC team, because I was at the '79 LSU-USC game and I saw those players! (LOL)

I am friends with one of those USC players. He's in the pro football HOF. It's amazing how stacked that team was.

yeah, I was not really talking about what they did in the pros because a lot of them were busts imo including Leinart and Ellis. Lol Reggie B didn't even live up to his reputation coming out of college, he had an "okay" NFL career and that's it. But I was really just talking about how much of the talent got drafted into the NFL off that team, but the '79 USC team was sick.

Yep, Marcus Allen, Ronnie Lott, Charles White, Anthony Munoz, Brad Budde, Hobie Brenner...and I'm sure I'm missing one or two.

Clyde reminds me so much of Dalton Hilliard. Short, but thick, strong low center of gravity balance, amazing juke and spin moves, lateral quickness...they are the same guy from 2 generations of great LSU RBs.

This running back class the sickest ever to be honest. I see 4-5 elite backs coming out this draft.

Eddie "EAUX" devolving the talent.
