well if last year hurt us then usc should be killed by their first 2 years this decade.

ESPN hates LSU

USC isn't the best answer to that question, but they are the right answer out of those four.

Relative to how hard it is to dominate in the sport, you have to go with USC. They were down for a while since Pete was cleaning up the mess, but after that:

2002 - 11-2
2003 - 12-1
2004 - 13-0
2005 - 12-1
2006 - 11-2
2007 - 11-2
2008 - 12-1

That's pretty dominant.

they play in the pac shite and the decade doesn't start at 02. 01 and 00 dont help their case at all.

if they can throw out 2 years then we should throw out 02 and last year.

We've had four average-bad seasons this decade; USC has had two.

I consider 04, which I'm assuming is the year you don't think was average/bad, an average year. We were a point and a hail mary away from being 11-1 and SECW champs, but we were also a few plays away from 6 losses. We just had no consistency what so ever the entire year.

I think USC has a better record, more BCS wins, same amount of titles, more heisman winners, more all-americans, etc. Think of it this way, we like to bash USC for being in the Pac-10, but what would we be saying if LSU were in the Pac-10?

These ESPN polls are disgusting. Those guys employ a bunch of idiots.
