There was a time in my 70+ years of life I would have believed the female without question. That day is long gone when it involves persons-of-fame.
It may or may not have happened. Only the two of them know but I say cut him some slack until proven otherwise.
I'd like to know why she was in a vulnerable position such as his home or residence before I'd jump to conclusion. As others have said, he didn't need to do this. Until they prove it, I'm going to say no way.
Nevertheless, he never fulfilled his potential at LSU. He could have been something super like Vincent. Whoops. These guys need leadership, something we apparently cannot find the key to fulfilling.

If he made decisions to screw up his career...I am pretty sure he could make them to screw up his life.

This is a 100%, none exaggerated true story. I was at Mellow one night setting up an after club meeting with this chick. TJP gives me her phone to put my number in it so we can meet up. While I'm programming my info, the phone rings. I look up find TJP and she is talking CS. Its him calling to phone so she can have his #. CS and I look at each other and laugh. She was so happy that the CS talked to her. TJP left with him.
TJP is now engaged to some poor soul.

So what if CS is intoxicated as well, does that diminish his responsibility as well since he obviously can't think as clearly in that state.

But being passed out drunk and someone sticking their dick in you is different than having your inhibitions lowered. You can't consent if you aren't awake
