My wife was a cocktail waitress in the 90s while going to UAB. She had the misfortune of waiting on Barkley and his posse one night. He stiffed her for a $900 tab. She goes ballistic every time she sees him on the TV.

Barley probably thought $900 for your wife was too much back in the 90's.
Its not like you can give it back if youre unsatified. All you can do is walk out and close the door.

Nope. It was a $900 bar tab she had to pay because she didn't get a signature on the tab when he first ordered. It was two weeks work for her because he walked out on his bill. Think about that if you're a college student.

I am sure many were awaiting the brilliant analysis and input from Charles Barkley...

Why should Barkley's opinion about a football game impress me?

I know he went to Auburn and that's not the point. The point is anyone who comes on JOX in Bham and says that LSU will win causes an absolute meltdown from the tidder-babies. The fact that CB said it to Jay Barker -- who absolutely refuses to admit that his beloved Tide not only lost but was out coached in Ttown
-- was awesome.
