the league provides 150 rings. there is no mandatory ring giving. if the owner decided not to give anyone who didn't practice or play a ring he could easily do that. typically they give more than 150 however and the owner picks up the cost for the rest.

of course he is getting one but the owner doesn't HAVE to give him one. I think you're completely missing the point that there isn't any NFL guideline that says who gets a ring and who does not.

I was actually agreeing with your logic. And I understand you get a ring if you are on the roster. My only issue was with your "deserve" comment. I guess you are too used to smart &@$'s on here.
