All charmed lives eventually come to an end.
Les Miles has had one of the most extraordinary charmed football winning lives in the history of the game. Despite all efforts to sabotage - lady luck and talent won out - just count the games where bad decisions turned into winning plays.
Now that another team in the SEC has LSU talent - Bama...charmed life may be over.

Stubborn stays as stubborn does. Defense is great, offense - no growth, no change, no creativity...high schoolish and easy to defend as usual with a great D-line. Les has not matured past just out-muscling people at the line.
Spot on assessment of our offense. Mett is an improvement at the QB position, but overall the offense is no better than last year. Play calling is pedestrian and shows no imagination. It works against lesser opponents, but as soon we we come up against a team with equal or better talent, we struggle to move the ball.
