On3 just has "valuations" that they somehow concoct for every player. It's not what the players are actually earning through NIL, but what they think the nil "value" potentially is.

I read somewhere that On3 was attempting to eventually get into the NIL market in some way, so it's probably related to that. I never pay any attention to the numbers they list, because they don't actually mean much.
