One key is already set in that we didn't get raped by the NFL. Three early departures is still too many though (I'm looking at you Alexander). That's been the biggest problem since 2011. LSU has had 39 early entrants to the NFL in the 8 seasons from 2011 to 2018. The season before 2003 there was 1; the season before 2007 there was 1; the season before 2011 there were 2. All those seasons in between when LSU was virtually always in the discussion, there weren't many. But hey, go get paid; that's all that matters.
