Absolutely not ! All I stated was Bama ranked 13 in part due to the beat down they gave us in BR. IMHO LSU is a top 20-25 team this year.

Are you one of the same dudes that were getting all over USC coach for wanting to cancel the LSU game in Vegas? So you would rather play Southern than Clemson because you are afraid to lose? That mindset is disturbing.

A precedent has been sent by the committee. Regular season doesn’t matter. Indiana. We’ll see them in the playoff if needed. Being stupid and not adapting to the times is disturbingly ignorant.

Totally agree look at Indiana, Penn St, and some teams they play one or two tough games all season and they can lose one or both games and still get in the playoff. Throw in we don’t have four or five scrubs like the Big 10, Big 12, or ACC there’s just no reason for playing out of conference tough games.

Winning a quality OOC game gives you something to hang your hat on if you go 5-3 in conference play and are hoping to get in the top 12.

Even if LSU had played a cupcake instead of USC, they’d be at the back of the 3 loss pack right now with how shitty they looked on that 3 game skid, including a 30 point beatdown at home. If we win the USC game and they had a decent season after, it would have given us an edge over other 3 loss SEC teams besides Bama.

Even losing a game like that, going 9-3 and 6-2 in SEC play is getting you in the playoff most years. 9-3 with 5-3 in SEC and no quality OOC wins puts you on the bubble and needing a lot of help, especially if you aren’t Bama, because you’re probably no better than 4th or 5th in conference standings
