I'm not one of them. I will say that he is prone to force throws and that potentially can result in an interception but just based on what I've already stated, I'm pulling for him. For both.

Don't come at me with "why do I hate Nuss." I'm trying to have a reasonable discussion with you.

I get you're ticked off just like every other LSU fan is. You don't need to take out your aggravation on me like I have some say in who or what the game plan is.

Relax.

It’s quite obvious you have no idea what throwing a wide receiver open is. I can tell what it’s not: it’s not a come back route that gets you slammed as soon as you catch it…

It’s also not a quick slant that gets you slammed as soon as you catch it…(even if it is accurate). It’s still poor ball placement…because of injury factor

Throwing a wr open is anticipating a route where the wr is running in stride and catches it two steps in front of the db…..even though it looks like he’s covered…

If you want an example: see Nuss’s pass to Nabors in the sec championship game….

This is the whole point.. same scheme, same players. One play is a come back route for 10 yards, the other is a game breaking play for 50

Interesting. I thought it was a pass to a receiver in the flat or the slot with his hands opened who watched the ball and then catches the ball when there are no defenders around.

That's what Lacy didn't do last night. That's not a shot at him, it's just what happened.

The throw to Thomas was under thrown, I'll agree with that but he still could've caught it.

In any case, let's go back to the remaining 3 drops Lacy made. Yet Mason Taylor caught every pass to him.

It's Nabers, by the way.

I get you want a gunslinger back there. Relax.

Don't have to do the "it's obvious you didn't watch the game" stuff.

We're just talking. Seriously. I'm trying to be respectful here.

We're both pulling for the same team. Relax. I'm as passionate about the Tigers as you are.

My point is that despite all JD’s faults, he is given every opportunity to play….Nuss had that one bad game when he was still learning the system and he is given no benefit of the doubt….maybe Nuss has matured and won’t try to zip into tight windows now…..but we will never know (unless JD tries to hurdle a whole offensive line again)…

I’m pissed because we were sold on the idea that JD has improved and he hasn’t….I feel like we were lied to….
