Didn't you also say that 100% TM will never play again at LSU? (I apologize if you didn't say that, I just thought that you had)
If your story is accurate, then LSU would really have no choice but to re-instate TM after a year, assuming he did all the things that were required of him during that time.
Regardless of what LSU desires, it certainly appears to me at this point that if TM does what is expected of him over the next year, that he will be a part of the LSU team in 2013. (assuming of course that he doesn't transfer and/or go pro, which would solve the entire issue for LSU)

that was the stance of LSU.....to my knowledge that has not changed..but again, those guys are a lot more legal savvy than me.....however, putting everything together, I would tend to believe this:

that is where I said I would hope a hand would not be forced, which was an opinion that choctaw took exception to.
EVERYTHING going forward is opinion, as I'm certainly not privy to legal information at LSU....obviously....but I would THINK the hope is that he would transfer....and in my opinion that is what i think will happen....again...I only know what got us to this point....I DO NOT know what will happen, i can only speculate just like everyone else.
