Yes, I have to amend my statement. To see Fowler + Pollack + Herbstreit + Nessler + the rest just proclaim that it's over, Bama is in, rematch again, suck it college football... it's sad.

ESPN is awesome and terrible at the same time. I moved away from Baton Rouge and I can see every game. But they're infusing the game with their ulterior motives, and they're destroying it. I'd love to see OSU get in and wreck the glass house.

Right is right. If it was wrong for OSU and Michigan to get a rematch a few years ago, it's wrong for Bama to get another shot now. Bama has done nothing to deserve a second chance. "Being" the 2nd best team doesn't mean anything, b/c there's no way to prove it. Results matter. Bama didn't get the result.

You all have to admit that many, if not most, of the P and G just seem overly concerned with Bama getting in . I have never seen such a mob mentality for "fairness" on the rant.

Personally, I'd want our team to win the national title as undisputed champions. That also means that I don't want to hear other teams claiming they should have been in the national title long after the game has been decided.

This year, we'd be the only undefeated team, no Boise or TCU or Houston etc making claims.

By beating OK State, we can always say we already beat Bama. Doesn't get more clear-cut than that
