I still think that the best chance for LSU to get into the NC Game is for Auburn to win out ...

If LSU had lost to Florida or Bama instead of Auburn, I'd agree that the timing would matter more. The fact that they lost head to head to Auburn would play a factor, IMO.

I definitely disagree with this. LSU's best chance at the NC game is to face TCU (who is going to be 12-0). The voters will put TCU or Boise in the NC game against an unbeaten Auburn before LSU because of the rematch factor. So, LSU needs Auburn to lose twice to get into the NC game, IMO.
