How we have an offensive line that's averages like 6'5 320 across the board and we struggle to get short yardage? Why can't these guys just put their hands in the dirt and fire off the ball? Why is this so hard!? I don't care how many defenders are in the box! LF7 ran into 8-9 man boxes constantly and still rushed for nearly 2000 yards! Sick of the excuses. 2014-2016 everyone knew we were running the ball and the only team that could really stop it was Bama. Does Sloan not have any power sets? Why don't we have power packages with a lead blocker? That wing T looking thing was awful with Reliford.

Pad level. We rarely let our linemen put their hand in the dirt and charge forward.

I didn't notice every running play but the ones I saw, it appeared that our tackles are in a pass rush defense stance. Our guards had fingers in grass and the tackles didn't. Does that prevent the "firing off the ball" explosion? Man I don't know but they are being coached by someone much smarter than me. It does appear at times we just scrum at the line or our edge rush gets an easy route to the RB. Someone will answer correctly.

Well, first of all we have a TE who excels at catching the ball but cant block to save his life.
And no, we are not a power running team with power sets and a fullback. There is a finite amount of time to prepare. You want to go 4 wide and spread the field, it takes the majority of that time to be good at that. However, we could definitely do a better job of simply blocking the point of attack in our current offense.
