Can anyone think of any instances of miles yelling at players?

I really can't off the top of my head. It seems like he instructs more than he scolds. Really like the way he talks to his players. This is just out of pure curiosity and not based on anything, by the way.

The difference is when Miles yells, it is so rare that the player really really knows he's done something wrong ... Saban yells so much that it has probably lost some of its effect.

I think when Rahim Alem (aka. Al Jones) did his best Sebastian Janikowski impression during the Arkansas game in 08 he yelled at him. Of course he deserved it though.

I wonder how this game really affects recruits who maybe wanted to go to Alabama or LSU. Seeing how the coaches act. I definitely wouldn't want to deal with a coach like Saban (seeing the piss fits he had last night) although he is a great coach and has a great program. Les seems to act with more class all around and has a great program as well.

Miles does a good job of controlling his emotions and staying focused in terms of taking care of his responsibilities and doing what it takes to be successful.

Saban throws a toddler tantrum when plays go off-script.

You probably said you hated how he never got mad at players back in 2006 too. Good job for coming around though.

He's gotten much worse since he was at LSU with the termper tantrum stuff, or perhaps, he is more
open about the tantrums now.
